The NWO Lady Buckeyes and its members are dedicated to improving skills by providing multiple opportunities for softball players to grow in softball and in life. We have an extreme passion for the game of softball. A few of the organizational goals are listed below. - Teach each girl the fundamentals of the game.
- Encourage development and good sportsmanship of all players through participation in a team environment.
- For the players to have fun, make new friends, and grow as a member of a team.
- To encourage continued participation by building a passion for the sport of softball.
