The NWO Lady Buckeyes and its members are dedicated to improving skills by providing multiple opportunities for softball players to grow in softball and in life. We have an extreme passion for the game of softball. A few of the organizational goals are listed below. If you would like to Sponsor/Donate to help our organization or even to help a player that is in need of financial assistance to further her love for the game, please download the sponsorship form at the bottom of this page.

• Teach each girl the fundamentals of the game.
• Encourage development and good sportsmanship of all players through participation in a team environment.
• For the players to have fun, make new friends, and grow as a member of a team.
• To encourage continued participation by building a passion for the sport of softball.
• We strive to help coaches and parents focus on making the experience of practices and games fun, while helping each girl develop as player and as a person.
